Ok, I was rolling for my stats on my Kensai, and a few times it rolled 18/## for his strength, the ## was different each time. What is this /## for and what does it mean?
Also, what are good stats to roll for a Kensai? I'm in Chapter 3 and I fear I rolled crappy ones but I didn't know what I was doing then and it's a bit late now. =( |
18/45 for example equals 18.45. :D

This /## is a number between 01 and (1)00 and is called "exceptional strength", IIRC. It gives you higer to-hit bonusses and more damage than a normal 18. This 18/## is only available for fighter-type chars.
Check also the game manual, because there should be a table with the exact modifiers for your strength score. Ah, and this /##-value is determined by the roll of 1d100. |
Um actually the 18/## is available to everyone except theifs, mages and priests.... but if you have a multi-class with one of the other types you get the /## modifier :D 18/00 is the best but incredibly hard to get.

I got a 18/07 for my fighter/mage/theif, I was so close...
