OK, last night my kitties Gizmo (the tailless) and Sinbad (the Brave, not give my girlfriends dogs any heed and will touch noses with them), decided to get my attention by jumping on my keyboard while I was playing Torment. I don't know what they did but the screen tends to want to scroll to the NW and since reloads don't work they may have done something to the game settings. My current correction is to have "Centre on Party" activated. The problem with this is I cannot scroll ahead of my party. If you know what they did, or know how to correct the scrolling phenomena please advise. I can still play it is just kind of a nusiance.

Hm.. well, there is a normal button to turn this off. Check the options menu

Sounds like one of those kitties stepped on the 'scroll lock' button on your keyboard.

Ahh, that's a nice one! Easily fixed...

Have a squiz at the buttons you can see on the interface whilst in-game (one includes turn off party AI, select all characters) and you'll find the lock-on character button. Switching this off should free up the scrolling problem. I've hit this button a couple of times accidentally myself!

I wish I could have a cat here in my flat!
They'd be be great company whilst enjoying the comforts of exploring a massive RPG world!

Cheers,
Cerebrodragon

Yes, either that, or toss the cat onto the keyboard again. She knows what she had done.

The thought had crossed my mind.

Thanks CerebroDragon, I don't know what happened but it seems to have corrected itself when I loaded up the next night.
