hey i just got simecity4! so how did you guys find the game...

my comment is the game ROCKS!! the graphics is cool and the visual effects is astounding...

bad side: the high video requirements is pushing my computer into its limit.. i just filled up 1/4 of the map and it is already laggy and choppy.
another note: the map of simcity 4 is waaaayyyy smaller than the simcity 3... the largest of the map of sim4 is only half of what it was on sim3

- how to finish this game? I can play on and on and on and on and on and on and on....... you get the idea.

emm..I prefer to play a game that has a ending, or at least have an ending movie for certain games like morrowind.

What are the requirements to make it run smooth?

im not sure about that.. since Ziroc said himself that he was playing the game with a 2ghz P4 computer and it is still a little shaky once in a while..

I'm playing on an Athlon T-Bird 1.2ghz, 256mb and it runs fine. There's a bit of a slowdown in spots but it's very playable.

Kakero 01-31-2003 10:20 PM

I'm playing with AMD Athlon 1.3 ghz, ATI Radeon 8500 128 mb LE with 512mb RAM, this game will still run super slow on some parts.
