I am working on Fallen Paladins quest and i must find Anrag and his gang somewhere in Bridge District. I checked all buildings, but I couldn't find them. Bug or did i miss anything?

yeah, just go directly right as soon as you enter the bridge district, they are right behind the buildings.

if they are not there then check at night.
