I tried to reinstall my Europa Universalis game. When I start the game the movies play but then it crashes to desktop. I received 1 error message once saying there was something wronmg with something like fmd . Before a format my game worked normally. Does any of you know what might cause this error or what the error means. I
I don't think it is typical for this game. I have registered on the official forum but I have to wait till a mod activates my account so I ask it here cause i don't know how long it will take till i'm registered on the other forum and I want to play the game ASAP.

Its probably a driver issue. Posting the exact error may give a clue.

the problem is that I don't get the error anymore. The game just xrashes to desktop after the movies. It had something to do with fmd and video. Does any of you know which driver I should install (it's probably that cause with the format I deleted some other drivers as well but didn't niotice this one)
