I think I am going to take a 4 charcater party:

Human Paladin-Fighter
Main tank - Secondary Healer

Elf Monk-Wizard
Secondary tank. Secondary spellcaster.

Half-Elf Wizard-Rogue
Thief thingies. Main spellcaster

Elf Ranger-Druid
Ranged guy - Main healer

No, but it's slated for release by the end of summer (I think).

It seems good, but take in mind that it will take long to level up, and that as time progresses, it might get more difficult cuz you have to do more jobs with less people. And with 6, you got extra fire-power. But thats just me, and its a challenge for me.
