Okay this is a fallout 2 question, Broken Hills is their anyway to get a good ending, also any way to do all of the power plant quests in gecko and get a good ending?

You can't get a good ending for Broken Hills. You either help the muties and the town disapates after the uranium rans out or you help the humans and then the town gets a bad ending aswell.
The good ending for Gecko is achieved by fixing their power plant and not optimizing it.
