When i first started this game up and played it for a while, i wasn't that impressed. But after playing it a bit more, it get's quite good. It isn't as hack 'n' slash as the previous ones and the quests are good. I'm getting adicted.

hehehe...

I did notice some bugs but none were bad enough to be game ending. Some scripting errors, yes, but nothing terminal.
Have you applied the patch ? Both of them. Yes, i said both of them. Their is an official and on unofficial patch who work in conjunction with eachother.

Since my version of game is different I can only apply the official patch. cannot make the unofficial patch to work.

I'll replay the game again when NWC make a second patch.

That might be difficult. See 3DO has canned over 1/3 of the NWC staff and pretty much washed their hands from the MM series. This also means no tech support and probably no more patches for mm9. That is why Flamestrike contacted an EX-employee, mind you, of NWC, who, in his infinite goodness, made that unofficial patch. Now isn't that nice. Of course, if you have a non-English version, you can't use it, but still, it was a nice thing to do.

:D
I enjoyed it.
I played it "bug-free" without the second patch. (The only "bug" I had to deal with was one of the last quests not erasing itself from my quest journal)
Reposting links to two sites in case you missed them in the first MM9 thread in this forum (or in case someone else playing comes into this thread)

::MM Worlds::

TELP's MM9 Tavern
Use the "Find" option on this second site...any question you may need to ask has more than likely been answered.

Sad to see the M&M series become a pale shadow of its former self. Much like the Ultima series with VIII(god what an awful game), and IX which could have been so much better. Unfortunatly most series seem to end like this(same as with movies or TV shows).

Link To Page With Unofficial Patch

Check the bottom of the page. There are links to both the official and the unofficial patch. Intended for use with English versions of the game only.

Be forewarned that some spoilers are included in the patch description!
