right i am doing the fallen angels quest but i need to get the cup from the hall of the most radient heart

so where is it i cannot find it

You have to go back and talk to the guy in the radiant heart and tell what you need and with a bit of persuading you can convince him to give it to you.

go back to the temple of the radient heart and talk to that guy who gave you the quest

yep, just tell him you need it and he'll give it to you and tell you to bring it back when you're done with it

how do you initiate these radiant heart quests ? I mean I've heard of this fallen paladin quest and the like , but I've never been offered it. Of course I'm just a mage, are those quests only doable by paladins ? Will Keldorn do ?
