All right, I've run into the Flayers in the sewers and in the Underdark, and I've run into the one that heals the child after you complete his quest for him. Are there any more that I am missing and what are they doing in the city in the first place?

There's a few Mind Flayers in ToB, but else, I dont think there are anyone else.
And maybe they are in the city because the climate down in the Sewers are good for them? Maybe they just are on a vacation from their real home, the Underdark? [img]tongue.gif[/img]

The Hidden seems to be an unfinished quest like the Twisted Rune or the Black Lotus guy at the city gates. If this wuest had been finished there'd probably be an explanation for the Ilithid in Athkatla.
There is another Flayer dungeon in the Underdark and you'll probably meet some single flayers in different quests (e.g. Spellhold maze)
Why are you so keen on the Flayer-stuff anyway?

Trying not to miss anything, this is my second time thru and I'm trying to pick up on the things that I missed before.

There is a note at the end of this dungeon wich explains MF presence in the city.
