Well whats everybody's favourite inn to go to. Mine has to be the sea's bounty (docks district). Also after a good night of drinking i can stumble back to my theives guild to rest!
I love the Copper Coronet because i just do.
none.... the inns in BG2 just miss the nice atmosphere the inns in BG1 ha(s)d.... , i specially miss the inn musics...
The inns in BG1 were so much more fun, you can tell what that the BG2 ones have all been constructed around the story. The BG1 ins were just for the laugh you would wander in and ANYTHING could happen and it was just so spontaneous.
Yes, in BG1 the inns were just that - inns. In BG2 they are more plot devices. Helpful I suppose, and realistic in places, but mostly it just takes some of the RP fun away from it.
But out of the BG2 ones I also have to go with the Crooked Crane. Simply because it is right next to the town gates, and who wants to stumble further than that when they arrive? |
Copper Cornet (after the slaves are free'd and ownership changes hands. )
They like me there, even give me a discount ! (so they say , but I've never actually noticed a decrease in any prices ) |
;) The Vulgar Monkey. Damn those drunken sailors...
Five Flagons.... But thats only when your a bard :D
Liked the Friendly Arms Inn in BG1. Don't like being guests with rats in BG2 inns.
i must say that as my ancesters did i enjoy staying in the five flagons for they always come yonder and forth without fear in their eyes.
thou must do the same for humanity shall one day grant you the power of eterna; mana and life oh......the copper corronet rules too. "as the rivers in the asylum flow silently with the blood of a thousand ancient warriors i stand alone,....... alone in the void" |
