I'm at the point in the main quest where I need the shadow shield, problem is that I found and sold it a while ago and I don't remember where. Is there any way to locate an object using the console?

I found it! Left it in my room in Thirsk. Of course I ran all over Vvardenfell looking for it, and it was in Solstheim the whole time.
