I am doing the Redoran stronghold quests in Elders Scroll III Morrowind. i am looking for the Hlaalu prison in Vivec to rescue that person but i can't find the prison. Anyone know were it is??

It's probably in the same building as where the vaults are, of course in Hlaalu Canton.
