I was recommended to go and see this guy, Senilias Cadiusus . But I've never heard of him or seen him anywhere. I'm geussing an imperial by the name, but taht isn't much help really.
Any ideas?

Mmm, no worries actually, I found him in a Daeric ruin as part of a mge's guild quest.
