Y'all,

I'm doing the poison quest and have gotten the remove
gaes scroll from the temple. Lothander said to meet
him at the Blade and Star Inn, but he's not there. I
walk around the Inn, he's not there. I check all the
floors and talk to the folks in the Inn and he doesn't
appear.

How do I find Lothander?

did you check the second floor?

Yes, I've checked the second floor and there's just a
commoner there. The third floor has a longwinded
nobleman.

I don't seem to remember the third level in the Blade and Stars. Are you sure you have the right inn?

Yes, there are three floors. Location of the building is
AR0105, x=318, y=255. The bottom floor has a bartender,
Gaxir The Seer and Elkart.

I've heard of this happening before. Aside from re-loading a previous saved game (I hope you have one) try using the CLUA console to create a new Lothander. I know this seems like cheating, but if this is a bug in the game it might be the only way. BTW, have you tried looking back outside the Divinier's tent. If you didn't talk to him again after talking to the Diviner, he'll still be there.

Well, re-creating Lothander doesn't work but re-creating Marek gets
you both Lothander and Marek. I had already gotten everything I needed
for the quest so I finished in short order.

Although he is very difficult to see, he hides behind one of the pillars and does not always appear immediately on his area clearing of the fog of war. LOTHAN is the char name if he does not appear.
