Is it possible to enchant weapons and then add to their enchantments later? I have a sigil stone from Kvatch and want to enchant my katana, but I only have the skill to put one enchantment on it. Is it possible for me to add to its enchantments when I get better at enchanting?

No. Atleast not that I'm aware of. Once enchanted, the item is locked.
