Well, for the past few days, I've been finding Ebony Mines, going to them, and lugging ebony to the Custom Armour guy and back, then repeating the process over and over again.

Soon enough, I got fed up with it. And so, I remember reading something about "Gaenor... Full suit of Ebony Armour"

And so I searched out gaenor. I found him, with him asking for money. And then more money. And finally, 1 million gold pieces. Now, I didn't want to be spoiled, so I didn't read what would happen.

I gave him the 1,000,000gc expecting to get some super sword, or axe, or *something*

What Ididn't expect, was to have him start yelling at me... And then leave in a puff of smoke.

I was quite angry at the fact that he had taken over 10,000 gold pieces from me, and didn't expect to run into him *again*.

And then he attacked me. And I spent two hours drinking potions, and hacking at him until my fatigue ran out. Then repeating the process all over.


Finally, I killed him, got his ebony (Yess!) and left mournhold.

Then I looked up his stats on the internet. The majority of sites said he had a 700+ luck score. It's a wonder I killed him at all.

Gaenor, oh gaenor, how I hate you, gaenor.

So, do any of you all, (and I know you do) have any frustrating stories of morrowind?

There is a guy in some Daedric ruin with a full suit of ebony armor in the mainland. In the West Gash Region if memory serves.

My most frustating moment ever... Can't think of any particular one, but I always find being raped by Cliffracers annoying as hell.

Ashalmawia shrine east of Ald Velothi. Can't remember the name of the battlemage but he's pretty tough.

Gaenor would have to be my most frustrating opponent. He pisses you off in so many ways...

Whoah, that sucks dude! Annoying fights for me are just ones that tank it out like hell.

Any fight. I'm still not quite getting teh hang of this game yet. TOo much time in teh realms of BG.

Umbra, when I first met him at my very first game. I thought I can own his arse but instead he hand mine back to me. I try and retry for several times. With frustration I almost want to stop playing for the day before the word " levitation " entered my mind. :D

Oh ya, cliff racer are pretty annoying. Plus those slaughterfish as well.

I recall the first time I ran out of armor equipment AND the condition ran out on all of my weapons...AND I'd just quicksaved...AND I was in the middle of nowhere with about sixteen cliff racers trying to kill me while I hid under a bandit camp's tent from them...with no recall spells, or _____ Intervention magic...

I had to beat the cliff racers to death with a stick, with hideously low blunt proficiency...took a LONG time...and then, I still didn't have any usable weapons or armor, out in the wastelands, halfway to the Ghostfence....
