A slave, On-Wan, told me that i can free her if I find the keys to her bracers.
Any ideas on this?

When you find slaves, you are either in a cave or on one of the plantations. I don't know exactly who holds the key to free the slaves on the plantations, but in a cave there's always a guard nearby, so all you have to do is kill him and loot the key from his corpse.

Keys can be found on tables, barrels and the likes as well.

For the Dren Plantation slaves there should be a key on a table in one of the houses. There's an Orc guard standing in the way, though, so you will have to be vewy, vewy qwiet.

Orvas Dren probably have a key on him too.

What is the point to freeing slaves, btw? Does it create positive karma?

Upon freeing a certain number of slaves you get to unofficially join an unofficial guild aka Twin Lamps. Guess what this guild wants you to do? Free even more slaves.

And guess what happens after you have already freed all of the slaves...
