was a cave but was a Dwarven archlogical site. they had just found some king's
grave. lets say they all attacked me and I cleaned them out. defeated the
demon lord and got the loot. In it was this shield.

Eleidon's Ward, it looks mint! I'll have to get me one of those!

Eidolon's Ward is the best shield in the game, if I'm not mistaken. Out of the two above, I would go for EW, unless weight is a serious issue for your character.

Eidolon's Ward is amazing. I remember when I found that dungeon, and found the vault. Looking around all the items I was like "Cha-Ching!"

It is the best shield in the game, and the weight factor really shouldn't be an issue, especially if you are a melee oriented character (and since you have a shield, I imagine you are).

I missed the shield during my first trip to Ibar-Dad. No surprise really. Compared to other 'hidden' places in Vvardenfell, that tomb is a goldmine. Lots of good stuff in there...
