It apears to be an addition to Morrowind all on its on set of Islands and is 650 MB compressed for download actually size is 1.12 GB. WOW

It doesn't say whether it requires expansion packs to play - any ideas for us OC-only people?

It requires Morrowind and Tribunal but doesn't need Bloodmoon!

Should run fine with me. I think I will be checking this one out once I re run through Morrowind in a couple of weeks.
