I'm in the manor estate of old mournhold where the dark brotherhood were but after killing them all I don't know what do do. How do you complete this expansion. My journal notes that I found their hideout but does not say anything about destroying them.

You need to find and then kill the leader. This leader got a contract letter. take that, your quest is then complete.
