I joined the emperial legion by mistake and then I overwrote my save file...not good since I do not want to be part of the Legion! How can I do so that I will be dis-joined again?

Kill one of the members or something like that and they'll throw you out.

i don't think you're completely thrown out. instead, you're like on probation and can be excused if you pay the fine.

Just don't do any missions for the Legion and that shouldn't conflict with any other faction that you might have joined.

Go sleep in someone's bed. They'll throw you out.
