I need some raw ebony, im a Assasin/theif, so i would prefer too steel it.
But I dont know where to find it, a friend told that I can find it in Vivec but I dont remember where.

Im also interested in where i can find ruins that contains ebony.

Most dwemer ruins have ebony in a crate or barrel. There are dwemer ruins all over the place, for example Nchuleft at the edge of the grazelands. There are also ebony mines where you can steal ebony from where they are mining it directly, for example, Elith-Pal mine which is south-west of Nchuleft.

Easiest place for ebony is the mines near Caldera as long as you are semi-decent at sneaking. There's plenty of the stuff as well.

Watch out though, If I remember correctly its very heavy, so don't overload and get encumbered

fit yourself with only what you KNOW you will need, and find an ebony mine. sneak in, free slaves (optional), and take what you can carry. dump it, mark it. i hope you know what to do afterwards ^-^
