this is something that's intrigued me: I have the Giants mod and recently killed a female vampire ancient and got some nice leather armour off her. Each piece can be enchanted up to 150, so naturally enough I heartlessly murdered a couple of golden saints and started getting it enchanted. I put (well, okay not me, that bloke Folms in Caldera Mages' Guild) fortify strength on a bracer, taking my strength up to 229 but when I put it on, I died and got the text "Sunder has dealt you a mortal blow". What's that all about? Am I being thick (probably, I hear you all cry, that's usually the problem). Has my arm holding Sunder turned evil and attacked me? :( Well if so at least I'll be able to file this under the "lamest things" thread. Can anyone enlighten me?

If you wield Sunder without a certain bracer you get those wounds and die. SO WEAR THAT BRACER!

Yes, to wield sunder you must wear the bracer given to you by Vivec which is named Wraithguard.

Or just put sunder down...
