I find myself with a couple of them [never rains without pouring], and a character with no big 'holes' in his abilities.

So what would YOU enchant it with? It'll hold 45 str as a constant effect, but that doesn't seem too interesting, really...

I always use Eleidon Shield since it's a nice artifact. but before getting that shield I'll enchant constant shield effect on the Daedric Tower Shield. You'll look nice in 3rd person view.

Well, you can try cheese. Enchant it with 1-89 strength constant effect, and equip it a few times until you get a high enough number.

No, wait...the perfect evil plan. Constant effect damage health 1-5 pts on Self. And then...sell it to armorers! Call it "Curse of Stupidity". Or, when your character gets too strong, use it to even the odds. "What, think you're a bad monster? I'll beat you with one hand tied to this shield..."

you have to be careful about who your target is when you do weapons too, i made a cast on strike weapon that did about 80 magicka damage, but while i was messing around i changed the target to myself... took me awhile to figure it out too, cus i thought the golden saints i was summoning just had really good reflect... talk about evening the odds in a fight
