I remember that guy in Tel Fyr had a full Daedric armour equipment, but if i'm not mistaken he's also crucial for the mainquest.

Simple, cast disintegrate armor on him, charm him, disintegrate armor, charm , charm , charm. you'll get the drift. ;)

the armor will be yours.

lol that accually works...thats awsome but one prob with my character its a warrior/thief and i have a total magika of like 39 or somthihng maybe its a little higher but not much for a Lv.37 nord with realativly low intelegence (lol he sooooo dumb) :( shoulda made him smart or and orc.. so can i get that armour any other way in a temple or as a random thing ive been busting up daedric shrines this last week.Makes me feel like a rockstar on tour

Get 2 rings, get some grand soul gems, go trap 2 golden saint soul and then enchant the 2 rings with the 2 spell effect. then you can cast the spells without depleting your mana.

It's always fun to watch the mightiest mage in Vvardenfell run around in a pair of 5gp pants

There's also a great deal of fun in disintegrating a certain orcs special sword and hand him his *** using it.

Ok but sorry to contradict yet again but wut if i run out of charge on those thins + Im cheap and probly dont wanna waste my grand, but on the other had its armour.....could i paralyze him?? then steal his armour

You can only steal an item that is in the targets inventory, but not worn. That's the catch and that's why you need to go through this ordeal. See, when the armor is destroyed it is no longer possible to wear it so it "disappears" from the avatar and is put in the inventory where it _is_ possible to pick it from.
I have not played ESIII/MW for more than a year, so I am a bit rusty. You should perhaps train Destruction and use potions to temporarily boost intelligence and restore spellpoints. Pick up a handful of the best potions you can get (I think they can be stolen/taken at the mages guild) and drink them. Potion effects are cummulative so the more potions the better effect. That should give you a wee bit more SP to cast the spells.
As a rule of thumb you need one point of Destroy Armor pr. durability of the armor in question. For deadric that is 800 for boots, pauldrons and greaves. I don't recall the other parts, but open the editor and have a look-see.

Playing tricks on the boss of Tel Fyr is needed only if you want daedric pauldrons. He is the only source of them in the whole game. Otherwise:

1. Cuirass:
a) Dragonbane Cuirass. Mudan Grotto SW of Ebonheart. Superdaedric (AC higher than daedric cuirass) plus permanent immunity to fire. You will need to swim underwater for some time and open a level 100 trapped lock.
Lord's Mail. In fact a quest item of Imperial Legion but you need not have the quest or be member of the guild. A bit worse cuirass than Dragonbane Cuirass. Search a backdoor to Ebonheart Sewers. The backdoor is below the water level but close to it so that you can see it from the shore.

2. Helm.
Oreyn Bearclaw's Helm. Superdaedric plus nice constant enchantments. It's a daedric quest reward item. Go to Assurdirapal and speak with Malacath.

3. Gauntlets.
a) Fists of Randagulf. Superdaedric plus constant boost of STR and AGI. They are in Ilunibi. You will enter this dungeon during the main quest and you get corprus there. At any rate, you can enter Ilunibi whenever you want but I am not sure whether you cannot get corprus prematurely. You will see.
b) Wraithguard.

4. Shield.
Eleidon's Ward. It is in Ibar Dad SW from Urshilaku Camp.

5. Daedric Boots.
Galom Daeus.

6. Daedric Greaves.
Druscashti near Khuul.

7. Daedric Puldrons.
Only Tel Fyr. See the hins above.
