Galdal Omayn in Ghostgate, dusk tower has one. I pickpoketed her and killed her when she attacked (wanted da helm). Anyway, i know she isn't involved in any blade quests, but is she involved in minor quests; i mean does her death affect the character in any way?

I killed her too, but I regreted it when I went downstairs to see a Face Of Terror with some 20 AC higher.

No, she isn't involve in any quest. unless you are a collector I don't see any reason for getting that helm.
