I'm trying to do the Mages Guild quests, but Skink won't give me any quests. Whenever I talk to him he tells me he's making a potion for Edwinna. However, I somehow skipped some of her quests by accidentally going to Huleen's Hut early and now she won't give me her potion fetching quest. Is there any way to get past this annoying bug?

Here's a long shot, try buying a Chronicles of Nchuleft from Jobasha in the rare book store in the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks in Vivec and give the book to her. This is suppose to be her first quest. See whether she'll give you any more quest.
