Well, the gems are just for selling, except two: if you find a Beljuril Gem, keep it, or if you find a Rogue Stone (only one), keep it.
Except that, they're just for the money.</font>

see ya!

Neosmeg,

you'll also find a diamond might be worthwhile

If you put items into a container (chest, desk, bookcase, box, etc) then they stay put until you need them. Also store them in a place that's easy to remember - saves lots of frustration :D

You can add a note in the user section of your journal about where you put them so that you dont forget.

I generally keep all the rare/expensive ones: Diamond, Emerald, Star Sapphire, Rogue Stone, King's Tears. I like being able to walk into whatever place I'm using as my 'house' and have my own personal treasure chest loaded with loot.

The beljuril and diamond are used as a component for an upgrade item.

I too keep rogue stones and king's tears. There is also another gem that I like to keep...the name eludes me right now, but it's green and is a component used in "magix"- chrysoberyl?

Definitely will be used in an upcoming item creation.

I keep my gems in my guildhouse, which is the thieve's guild. I keep them behind the merchant. Potions are kept on one shelf, scrolls not needed are kept on another. Armor and weapons are kept in their own tables. Same goes for ranged items and rods. Miscellaneous items are kept in a bigger bookcase. All neat and tidey. And the items don't disappear.

It's for the horn of valhalla you find in the bridge district. First, take the horn and a diamond to the smith outside in the wauk's prom district. You get a horn that can be upgraded with the beljuril gem. That's the last upgrade. Each process costs money. You get a berserker warrior to fight for you.

what smith outside of wauk prom are you talking about? not the ore merchant or the elf hater?

The fat Rashemaar guy who's standing on that wooden platform. He's not really a smith, more of a weapons dealer who can create magical horns because that's an old art that runs in his family.
