OK, none of this is exactly rocket science [I hope] but I'm curious about a couple of things:
>Does it make a difference which of the 3 bachelors you set the lonely woman up with? When I realized the 'trader' wouldn't trade with you if he didn't get the girl, I loaded a save and did things differently: didn't want to loose access to his $8,000. >Is it possible to save the crazy lady with the poison/paralyze arrows? Will I ever find out what her mysterious 'IT' is? >What's the intended beginning of the 'Duel with Karrod' thread? Everyone keeps telling me I'll have to fight him, but I have no idea why: have a feeling I missed something. >Can your packrat die? If he does, can you still recover his cargo? I think they have set up the packrats so that they run away in danger so it's unlikely they will die. The more annoying thing about packrats is their ability to get inextricably stuck. They're far more trouble than they're worth ;) .
I set up the chick with the guy in the temple district. I don't remember the merchant not trading with me even though he didn't get the guernsey? Maybe I came across him after I'd set them up. I didn't want to set her up with the sleazy guy, but that was just my preference ;) . I don't think there is any negative consequences (except maybe the trading thing) of picking one over the other. |
