Does anyone know of a house i can use in Solstheim ? In the Skaal village perhaps ? Or do i have to kill someone again to get a bed, like in Tribunal ?

well, you can do a qeust in the skaal village. then you can get a house. or go to the mead hall, upon completing a certain main quest that mead hall will be yours too. or you can do the east company quest. where you can get your own house at the end.

Can you be a little bit more specific about the Skaal village quest ? To who do i need to speak to get the quest, cause right now i'm being sent into the wilderness, to activate those stones, so it looks like i won't be coming back to Skaal for a while. It would be nice if i had a place to empty my pockets first, cause i'm already carrying a lot of stuff on me.

If you check your world map you can see Vanderfell is right there on the south east. so you can run back to your favourite house at the main island. anyway...

emm..you'll get a house at the skaal village after a main quest. so don't worry. you are 1 or 2 main quest away from that quest.

Well, i'm looking for those stones now, and i just found the first one. I'm using the wizard staff to levitate over the land, because already i'm getting a little annoyed by all the attacks from bears, wolves, boars, and gnomes on boars, but man oh man, my PC isn't happy when i levitate through a snowstorm. I think i need an extra chip of RAM for this expansion. :rolleyes:

Btw, i found an empty house in the village, noone was home, or so it seems, and i took the liberty of stuffing my goodies in one of the chests in that house. They should have locked the door. :D

just find any abode you like, pick a room and put your stuff in it. just be careful with that stuffing things inside a chest as prolly close to 10% of the chests in houses are flagged to respawn. if that happens to be the chest you chose, then *POOF!* you lose everything you put inside it. :(

everything you throw on the ground is safe. i use silt strider platforms when i can, because... well that's easy for me to remember. ;)

If you really need storage, theres a really good mod call PSQ(Personal Storage Quarters) that has a place for mannequins, shelves galore, and unlmited space. And it has a translocater, but is in Balmora. great w/ mark and recall
