I am trying to get Edwin into my party. I have been to Mavael(sic) Guildhouse. He is supposed to be on the second floor but I can't get through either door.

Help would be appreciated - I really want him.

Thanks

You need to talk to renal bloodscalp in the shadow theives guild before you can enter Maevars guild.

Since when is edwin inside the guildhouse? I always saw him in the stairs outside.

I do believe that you are mistaking Xzar for Edwin. Edwin is in the 3rd floor of Mae'Vars Guildhall.

No... If you are British, he is on the second floor.

Basement: Maevar Dungeon
Ground floor: Entrance and Fence
First floor: Locks room
Second floor: Edwin

The rest of the world doesnt seem to get the idea of Ground floors!

I believe in Ground Floors but my teachers taught me to start counting at 1 not 0. (not a programmer)

If that logic is true then the first floor you were on would be 1 and above that 2. Hence if the first floor you are on is also known as the Ground floor, is it not both the Ground floor and 1st floor?

No offence meant but that's just my opinion of the whole debate. Now onto a better one. Chicken or egg first?

in polish the word used is not like 'floor' in english,...
it means er... um.... 'above floor'

so we have...
floor
first above floor
second above floor

etc

Well then that makes sense. Thanks for the info, and minor language lesson. I am unlucky enough to only know 1 language (1.5 if you count 10 years of French in school)

But as the saying goes:

"If it ain't Scottish, it's Crap. And if it's French, don't buy it."

Don't know what relevence that has, but I love the sound of it.

Is Edwin the evil Mage? If so, I always saw him in the stairs outside.
Every time I pass by that area he ask me to go get something inside the harper's hold.
