Hi,

I just started playing Morrowind, and done the first smuggler killing quest.

I am a spellsword, and used FireBite and hearth healing to get around my enemies.
Then I realised...my mackica (mana) don't restore...although it says naturally restore when resting. So I slept like 48 hours and nothing happens...is this a bug or something? (one hell of a big bug if it is!)

BTW, does freeing those slaves got any benefits...cos, apparently they just say thnx and thats it?!

what is your birthsign? did you use The Atronach? with this sign, your magicka won't go up through resting. you need to use magicka potion though.

If you restart, try taking a Breton, born under the sign of the Mage. This will double your maximum magika amount, give 50% magika resistance, without any penalties !!

I think this is one of the best starting mixes for any character who intends any spell use.

How do you officially do the smuggler quest??! I mean, where do you get it?

I killed those bastards anyway and set the slaves free, but thats just it. What did I miss??
