As you custom create your character you come to the place that asks you to pick your favorite two attributes. My question is, is it best to pick your two strongest or is it better to pick your two weakest in order to help boost them faster? Pardon my ignorance and thanks ahead of time.

it's hard to say "best" way of doing it.

here's my decision making process...

a - are weak spots too weak? or can i cover them while leveling? example i use so many strength based skills that strength will raise quickly, i don't need to focus on it right out of the gate.

b - will i take a sign that gives stat bonuses? (imo it's silly to focus on one stat, if the sign gives you a boost, raise another stat)

c - can my secondary stats stack up? usually i play ftr types w/ magic backup, if int is low i usually need to boost it a bit early, if only for the boost to magica.

d - can i afford to take "luck" ? luck is the most minor of the stats, and it's the hardest to raise, so there can be some benefits to getting as many starting points as possible. imho it's a good choice if no pressing need for another stat, or if you are making a "jack of all trades" type
