A few days ago I found this Daedric sanctuary amulet. Thinking it might have a high enchantment rate, I saved it in my house for later use.
Obviously I found out that it had another use, but the thing is, I can't remember where I found it and I want it for my other characters.

I found it:

Small Ornate Chest, Tower of Dywath Fyr, Hall of Fyr.

The enchantment power is 150
