I'm on a quest for this daedra statue who, in exchange for slaying a fake hero, will give me a helm.
Well... I found the hero and his party in an area where they have killed 2 bull netches. The problem is I can't talk to any of them because the netch corpses are so large. No matter how I position myself, all I can do is entering the netches "inventory" and I can't dispose them.
I know that I could just start whacking them, but as I work for the Redorans, I don't go around killing for fun. ;)
Is ther any way I can get the communication menu up (point at a certain part of the body or something)?

Actually, I don't think there are ways out of that quest other than mass slaughter. After all your orders are to kill, and daedras cannot be fooled like mortals. So get to the Bearclaw guy and kill him. But don't do that on the spot, or you will never be able to loot the corpses. Instead, use an arrow to lure the guys away from there before tearing them to pieces. You don't really need to do that, but it's quite worthy a loot, IIRC. Afterwards, go back to the shrine and claim your reward.

The same thing happened to me. Just hit one of em, run to a different spot, and wait for them there. No need to let them attack you first by taunting them.

Ok, I'll do that. It's just that I thought that maybe the daedra was tricking me into killing a real hero and that wouldn't be right. :D

It's impossible to taunt them if you can't get the communication menu up.

Which shrine did u do that for....I got that quest and forgot where to go back to to get my reward.....

I can't remember the name but it was on the island S/W of Vas.

I noticed that my disposition towards allmost all npcs went down 15 points after I killed the wannabe hero. He must have been real popular afterall.

The helm was a nice reward though. [img]smile.gif[/img]

The shrine is called Malacath, and is located in the Sheogorath region, along the coastline.

next time, go to console command and type TCL. after talking to them. type TCL back.
