no, you don't get anything special except you can get some service eg, buy spell, trainers etc. also notice the people associates with those guild have disposition of 100.

don't forget the mystical twin lamps! but you have to free a lot of slaves first

but twin lamps won't appear on your character sheet information. this goes the same as talos cult.
