I have 3 unrelated questions for anyone who can help.

1.) where can I sell extremely expensives items without getting ripped of i.e. dadric, ebony, glass stuff

2.) how do you enchant an item to do a constant effect

3.) how do you make a cast wehn stirkes enchantment

I have every soul trapped under the sun, and i just cant seem to get either one of those options to come up.

1. go to Creeper at gnorak manor at Caldera He'll buy stuff at cost price.

2. you'll need an grand soul gem that got the soul of golden saint or ascended sleeper.

3. on bottom of your enchanting box there is a box option of cast once, cast on strike and constant.

does the creeeper have a large amount of money, and where can a buy alot of grand souls gems (i dont mind stealing)

Creeper only have $5000. if your item cost more than I guess you need to download and use creeper mod then.

I don't remember any merchant got it. try looking it up on various caves.

If you download the mod, he'll have 100.000. That is of course, if you have a PC version.

I only find them at about 1 gem to each cave. There area a few in the daedric shrines, but they are mostly on the sacrafice/offering tables and they are already used.

I also have Azura's star, and capturred a dremora lord accidentally, is there any way to get rid of the dremora, and get another soul in it?

simple, go to an enchanter and tell them to enchant a cheap item with cheap enchantment.

or

pick up the azura star and click on your charcter picture in inventory, a box will appear. choose to recharge your item.

my creeper mod got $1,000,000.

You don't have to dowload mods, heres what I do.
I call it the buyback system. I sell all my stuff to him, like glass daggers, Sixth House hammers, armor. Then, when I need to sell something really expensive, I just sell the item to creeper, and buy back all my other stuff (he sells at cost price). Then when i get to 5000, I sell. Then I sell the excess stuff. After awhile, you can sell him anything (it just takes time, but I'm patient).
