me again, i've explored the entire western coast, not a shrine nor tomb was saved from my extermination, mwahaha. so anywho, i've got abou 310k and i'm lookin to spend a lot of it, enchantments are key. i've got a daedric longbow, and a 60,000 soulgem (dunno if somethin's in it yet). i was wondering if i can put enchantments on the bow that will effect the arrow when it hits the target. do i just enchant it with ranged? or will i have to use it as a magic item if i do that? any info is good info

there's are only few enchantment that is suitable for bows, there are : " Bound Bows " , " Fortify Attack " , and " Fortify Stats ".
the most important is the arrows actually. but enchanting arrows is a waste as you got to enchant them one by one. |
Fortify attack or fortify marksman.
Also a chamaleon spell would be great - the invisible hunter is out, beware puny mortals |
'Fortify Marksman 2 points' YIIIHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW! Master archer with this baby in hand!

I hadn't thought about the maximum enchantment of bows, which seems to be pretty low from what you say. Strange, I have seen a fortify marksman 10pts constant effect daedric bow around, but maybe it was from a mod. Well, use chamaleon, a minimum is really better than nothing. |
nope, use bound longbows on the daedric longbows with constant effect. wield it once and another daedric longbow with NO weight will appear in your inventory. throw your original daedric longbow into your pile of other goodies and use the new one.
The new one will have fortify markmanship 10 pts. |
