I finished SoA and am almost done with ToB, when I found yet another flail head. Where did I miss it?

Have you already done the Nalia quest because that's where you collect the flail heads. And then you can make the Flail of the Ages in the Keep's forge. Just go back to the Keep. If you are making the final Flail +6 or so, I believe you need Cespenar, the imp, for that conversion. I hope that answers your questions.

If you are in ToB, then it's too late to go back to Nalia's Castle to get the other flail parts....

there are 5 heads all told - three in Nalias' Keep (fire, acid, cold), and two in TOB (poison, electrical)

You have to initially make the flail at the forge in the Keep. Cespenar will add the other two.

While you can find the poison head in Watchers Keep while still playing SOA you can't add it to the flail by using the forge - you have to wait for Cespenar to add it.

Thanks, I have all the flail heads - I just didn't bother to forge them (I thought the Dwarf would do it in the Docks). I'll truck it back to N's castle then.
