Where can I find a scroll of lock splitting? I've been all of the place and haven't found one yet.

It's leveled random treasure. Starts showing up around lvl 12 I think. You may be able to buy it, but I don't know any shoppes off hand.

I was hoping it could be bought. I have a house mod I want to look at and I'm no where near breaking a lvl 100 lock

Well, how much money do you have? Get any open lock spell and then have an enchanter make an item with 100 Open Lock. Since I do my own enchanting I created my own Belt of Passage, but it shouldn't cost more than a few thousand.

They show up randomly. The first time i played Morrowind, i had 6 or 7 of those scrolls in my inventory very early from the start, most of em i found in caves. The second time i played it, i had to wait much longer before i found one, let alone 7.

You *can* buy it, but I think it's random. I got it in Balmora, I *think* at the temple. But IIRC, this is the first time out of several games that I've been able to buy it.

yeah just wander around in those caves and look in the barrels. You might find some good stuff!
