Possible Spoilers...

Somewhere east of the Erabanimsumwhatsits tribe in Molag Mar, i came across a trail of discarded pages from the book of 'brief history of the empire'. After following it from end to (apparent) end several times, it appears that this trail doesn't actually lead to anything important.

Am i missing something? Is it part of a quest that i haven't enabled yet?

Additional minor question: I killed a guy called 'crazy bayou' or something in an ancestral tomb near the Erabinsum tribe and got a message saying that i am no longer the Neravarine. Without spoilers, is this guy part of the story quest? Or what did i do wrong?

-yes, the paper trail is part of Imperial Legion quest. if you don't have the quest or haven't join Imperial Legion yet. keep the papers there.

-basically just reload your game if it will effect your main quest.

i've reloaded already and it's no biggie. I was just wondering what made this guy so special is all.

he's an imperial cult missionary who tried to convert the ashlanders (erabenisum?) but got caught by an ashlander heretic necromancer and is held prisoner. You must free him, that's all.

I believe it's a imperial legion quest and you get it from fort moon...something.

I thought it was DeathShed Valley where you got the quest. Anyways, the trail does lead somewhere. But you really don't have to rely on it, just go in the direction they tell you to. THats what I did.

i did this and it took me two days. All i got was a belt worth like 2 cents and it stunk!!!!!!! Just wanna warn ya

if you have the teleport ring mod you can finish this quest very fast.

but the point is i didin't have that special ring and i wandered around the ashlands forever
