Is it just me or is the game buggy on xbox. It always seems to mess up with the dirty disc message and once I was in vivec I went straight through the ground and was inside the building yet still looked like I was outside. Has this happen to anyone else?

chated with few guys on gamefaqs that got morrowind xbox version. all say they sometimes get dirty disk message.

I never fell through any floors but started getting the dirty disk message after having too many save games. I saw in this forum to turn off the autosave option when you rest and cut back on your save games and never had another problem. Only problem I'm having now is I finished the game and I can't get Tribunal. BS. Guess it's time to grab that Alienware I've been drooling over.

That dirty disk message makes you dread every minute of gameplay. All I can say is to go trade it for something better; I'd suggest anything that doesn't crash ;)

I only have two save game slots for Morrowind, and I still get the occasional dirty disk message.

I actually turned autosave back on when the game would crash after I had just completed a "transcontinental voyage" throughout Morrowind to complete a single quest. It's a pain to have to do those things more than once in one day..

You, sir, have an exceptional disk. You should be awarded or something. ;)

One other thing I forgot to mention about that error. If you ever hear the disk spinning don't go into the inventory menu or it has a tendency to crash for some reason.

I have autosaved turned off and everything. Yesterday I lost 6 hours of gameplay cause it didn't count one of my saved games (that's happen more than once) stupid dirty disc error lol

ive noticed you get that message when you are levatating an then look at the map. So when you levatiate, save the game!!!!
