Can someone please tell me where the Hetman guy is in Gnissis because I can't find him anywhere.

He is in the hut left of the north exit of Gnisis (i.e. not the exit, with the arch of the Legion Fort).

Yep, exactly there, i did that quest this weekend, collecting the taxes that is.

yeah the hut says like Abbidofadsn or something to that effect.....
