You can become a vampire whenever you wish, unless you have been cured of corprus. I was vampirized at level 38 or so. If you are high level, the thing becomes quite tedious, thogh: it might take 10 mins of hits from multiple vampires to get infected, so get a good book to read while waiting.

corpus cure raises resistance to 100 percent , spell yourself via potion scroll or whatever with a lowering of disease resistance and then get bitten and your a vampire, thats the way round it

but how do i get to balmore or can i only go walking will the mage guild still teleport me ???

I'd love to become a vampire. But I have two things working against me - I'm a Red Guard - which gives a hefty disease resistance to start with - plus the Corprus disease resistance. Can anyone reccomend a good alchemical potion (with ingredients) to supress this for long enough?

dem travveling goes fast with vamp ok you can use mages or siltriders but i almost fly so im in balmore

think i will leaf soon the most of balmore is dead

You don't need to use travel facilities if you are a vampire: just get those boots of blinding speed (which means your speed should go over 300), and then rush around morrowind... also if your acrobatics skill is high enough, just jump from mountain peak to mountain peak like a mountain goat [img]smile.gif[/img]

Related to Morrowind time you can be even faster tha silt striders! example: Galom Daeus (clan base) to Maar Gan and back in one night... a silt strider would take at least 24 hrs.
