I finished the first section of Anomen's personal quest, I talked with the lady (forgot her name offhand) in the Gov't district and decided to follow legal precedence rather than just go seek vengeance and kill the guy.

Where do I proceed to from here?

When you tell her that you dont want to take vengeance, then I think she says something about that they'll hand it from there.</font>

Yep, Sir Exxon is right. In a few game days a messenger will come to you to say that Anomen will be judged on whether or not he's worthy to join the Order.

cool. Just didn't know what the next step was, and if there was a way I could jump-start it.

I never played a female, but I heard that if you have a romance with Anomen, he wants to return and revenge the death of his sister and you have to stop him or something like that.

the personal quest seems to be the same, irregardless as to whether your romancing him or not.
