Get a Exquiste Shirt or Pants

1 Grand Soul Gem containing a Golden Saint (has to be a GS or you cant make it a constant effect)

and around 15000 gold.

You must also know the nighteye spell ;)

Go to an enchanter or try it yourself if your good at it, and enchant the shirt or pants to constant effect Night Eye between 30 to 40%. It has to be a shirt or pants because you can wear them under your armour and you need your hands free for the awesome rings you get given to you or find in this game. And man what a difference having it on makes. everything is brighter (Morrowind is a dark game to begin with) and even in the deepest cavern or tomb you can see every damn nook and cranny and find all the good treasure on the floors. You also get bonuses to hit because seeing = easier to hit your enemy.

Well worth the time and effort!

BTW you can also name the item whatever you want when you enchant it.

I did a shirt like I said and I did a pair of pants with the slow fall spell so I can jump from really high cliffs and take little to no damage.

gamma resolution

nuff said makes even the darkest game bright (might hurt the eyes a bit though) but saves all the hassle of infravision etc, only found one game where it didnt work cos the caves in it really were pitch black, cant remember the game though :(

is making a see in the dark spell really that useful to waste good items on when you could be putting it into killing maiming and destroying?

Grungi the overlord of the world, .... muahahahahahahhaah . ahem

Sure it is (come on man Golden Saints are a dime a dozen and Grand Soul Gems are everywhere to be found and I enchanted a SHIRT ) and using gamma sucks, the night-eye is more of a brightness / color enchancement than just turning up the gamma. And the game looks alot prettier ;) Besides its the best constant effect spell you can put on a stupid shirt or pants... I save the big enchantments for weapons :D

Speaking of big enchantments, I enchanted a Daedric longsword to do 50 points of poison damage with every hit. Add that to the 30 to 40 damage the sword already does and you have quite the killing tool.

I enchanted my Sword of Virtue (Daedric Dai Katana). In it I entrusted the powers of:

Poison Damage : 1-10 2ft
Frost Damage : 1-10 3ft
Fire Damage : 1-10 2ft
Shock Damage : 1-10 2ft

Added to the already devestating effect of the dai-katana, little stands between me and victory! Also I enchanted a daedric two-handed war axe. My strength is boosted 46-50 points for 7 seconds with each hit. My strengths zooms up to 145...now that leaves a mark. I did the same for my daedric bow so the damage is doubled, but that is a constant effect, not a cast when strikes.

I like using shields...

I received my first Daedric Katana by killing the guy downstairs in the Dren Plantation and enchanted it to do 50 to 80 points of lightning damage per hit.

Stormbringer indeed :D

Hmmm I like the idea of constant restore health, but then again,....wouldn't that pretty much make you invincible? Maybe I better rethink that. It could take a lot of fun out of the game. Then again it could make the game more fun.

Pfah, for a whole bunch of money and soulgems, you can potentially get a suit of clothes of the following.

Rings: Sanctuary 24 x 2
Exquisite Pants/Shirt/Skirt: Sanctuary 12 x 3
Extravagant Gloves: Sanctuary 4 x 2
Exquisite Belt: Sanctuary 8 x 1

All put on constant effect means...

100% Sanctuary ALL THE TIME. All physical damage has NO effect whatsoever. Makes it cheesy though. ;)
