Well I discovered the answers to my previous questions but now I have a new one. I am in the Puzzlework where it asks me to breath the glory of vivec or some such. I tried several things to get through the water gate that leads to the shrine needed to finish the pilgrimage. Once I do this I'll be through with this blasted pilgrimage!!! How does one get through the water gate in the center of thepuzzle works?

If you get in the palace, simply try to drown in the water there, and it will heal you and his door to the shrine will open

Hard to understand, and contrary to every instinct: drown yourself in the water: once you get to 10 hp, you will be healed and a bridge will lower to the true shrine

Thank you, and thank you. I was thinking that very same thing when I read the puzzle question. But I wanted confirmation on this before I go and drown myself idiotically.
