So far i'm hortator of house Laahlu and Telvanni, but could someone please tell me where i can find the Redoran councilors, i seemed to have missed that somehow. Where do i start ?

Most of them are "Under Skar" (Mansion District) in Ald'Rhun (sp?). Not sure if there are straglers .... haven't gotten there yet and dont' belong to Redoran. There is a Yellow Book (I think) that you can get in the mansions that should tell you the locations of them.

I think that one councilors manor (Morvayn's?) is actually outside the manor district / emperor crab shell.

Yes, it is actually on your right when looking to the Manor district entrance.

In fact when you ask around about the Hortator, they should send you to a person who actually gives you the book. No need to steal it or buy it (some booksellers have it)

I already found them all, thanks again, they were all inside the large building, including the one with the house outside.
