I am working up my rank within the Fighters Guild and right now I am on an errand for the steward in the Balmora FG. She wants me to collect 200 septims from a barkeep in Suran, but the barkeep won't pay up or even talk to me about it. I don't feel like spending another alotted time in jail for a measly 200 septims, so my question is whether or not there's another way to resolve this problem? I already whacked Sottilde to get the code book...that was a free for all and 10 days in the clinker.

taunt them into attacking you if you want to kill them that way no jail time, or faction problems, try stealing it off her, or just bribe her up to disposition 80 or so and she should give it to you, if not then just pay the 200 septims yourself
